To celebrate Google Maps’ 15th birthday, Deeplocal and the Google Maps team came together to drop a life-sized pin in the heart of New York City. The pin, modeled after Google Maps’ shiny new logo, released envelopes with prizes that encouraged visitors to explore all the unique experiences the city has to offer. Designed and animated the introduction video featured on the main screen of the pin that users watched before receiving their prize. The main

purpose of the video was to build anticipation while simultaneously celebrating an exciting experience.
